Shipping
We strive to get your order processed, packaged and shipped in a very timely manner; in most cases within 48 hours. We ship Monday through Friday. We DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday, or on US holidays.
*Please note: Orders paid by personal check or E-Check through Paypal will not be processed until KmS is notified that the payment has cleared.
**KmS is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged during shipping.**
US: Please allow 5-7 days from your shipping day (above) for your package to arrive.
Canada: Canadian customers can expect to receive their shipments within 10-14 business days after their order is shipped.
International: Please allow 14-18 business days from your shipping day (above) for your package to arrive.
Shipping and Handling Rates
We are pleased to offer free First Class Mail shipping on each and every order. You may request priority mail shipping for a flat rate of $5. Large orders will autimatically be mailed via Priority Mail at no additional charge.
International Shipping Rate Options
International Orders: (Includes All countries outside the US and Mexico) All orders will be sent First Class Mail International at no charge unless otherwise requested. Priority express is also available. Please email us for a shipping quote.
**Our clients are responsible for all customs duties related to International Orders (orders outside US). Please check with your customs office to find out your particular custom policies in your Country. Please allow 2 days for processing and 7-15 business days for the carrier to deliver your order with First Class Mail International and 5 days for Express International.
